1. HRIS Software management in terms of Attendance/Leave/field work and employment details. 2. Induction and On-boarding. Formalize the joining formalities of new joinees as per guidelines from supervisor. 3. Recruitment Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department and help in sourcing as per guidelines. 4.Employee Engagement,Taking imitative to engage the staff to their work with getting those approved by senior management and conducting those. 5. Exit Formalities: Proceed for handover/Takeover formalities update in HRIS incoordination of supervisor. 6. Other Functional: Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly MIS Report and duties and responsibilities as per the discretion of the management from time to time.
